At Carmen & Clover, we currently ship within the United States only.

All orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days after purchase. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Details:

  • 💌 Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.



Returns Policy


We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer free 7 day returns from the date your order is delivered.


Return Conditions:


  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be issued a refund to your original payment method.



How to Start a Return:


  1. Email us at carmenandclover@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you a free prepaid return label.

  3. Ship the item(s) back within 5 days of receiving your label.
